Getting Started
Q: Whats the 1st step?
A: The very 1st step is to read our policies, terms and conditions BEFORE you register. Read about our shipping times, hours of operation, returns, so on and so forth beforehand. This way you have NO surprises later on!

In order to obtain confidential wholesale pricing, product information, and to place orders, we request that you fill out the registration form by clicking the "Register Here" button on the top menu bar of the site and fill it out completely.

All text fields with a (*) are required fields and cannot be left blank.

We will also need (at least one of the following) to approve you for ordering:

1. Business License number
2. EIN Tax I.D. Number
3. Re-sellers Permit Number
4. Last four digits of your Social Security number.
5. PST Exemption Number (International clients)

Any one of these will be sufficient. Place a "X" in the text fields below that do not apply.

REMEMBER, you only need to supply "one" of the above, not all of them.

This information will be verified prior to your account approval. Please keep in mind that we do have to report this information to the IRS annually, so we advise NOT to falsify this information for your own sake. You do NOT want to BS the IRS!

Once we have received your information, it will take us approximately 24 to 48 hours (not including holidays or weekends) and sometimes longer (if we experience a large number of requests) in which we will send you an "ACCOUNT ACTIVATION" email with log-in instructions. You will NOT be able to view wholesale prices until you receive our "Account activation" email notification. NOTE: Just because you are registered and can log in does NOT mean you will see the wholesale prices! The email we will send will say "YOUR ACCOUNT HAS BEEN ACTIVATED" only when you receive this email, will you be able to log in and see the wholesale prices.

Q: Are the prices on your site (before I register) retail, they seem high?
A: If you have not registered and had your account activated by us, you will never see wholesale pricing. You will only see the suggested retail prices.

In order to see wholesale pricing you MUST fill out our registration form and then wait to receive our "Your account has been ACTIVATED" email.

IMPORTANT! Even if you register and log in you will NOT see wholesale pricing UNTIL you receive the "Your account has been ACTIVATED" email.

Once you have received the "Your account has been ACTIVATED" email, you MUST log in using your user name and password. This tells the system to switch the retail pricing over to wholesale pricing. Then, when you log out, the prices will revert back to retail.



How to purchase?
Q: How do I make purchases with OvniWholesale.com?
A: The order sequence is very simple and straightforward.

You will need to register with us and be approved first. See the link "How to Register" for further information.

Minimum orders:

There is a $100.00 minimum order.

There is NO minimum order if we are drop shipping the order or you are one of our AdultTurnkeySuperstore.com owner/operators. AdultTurnkeySuperstore.com operators who cancel can still make purchases from our wholesale division subject to the minimum order policies.

There is NO minimum order if you are drop shipping and or selling on eBay. However, you will need to prove an active auction and provide links to your live auctions for verification.

1. To place orders, registered users MUST first “Log In” to the site BEFORE you will be able to view the wholesale pricing.

2. To do this, look to the right of our web site pages and you will see the log in text fields under the heading “Log In or Register”. You MUST log in using your username and password. If you don’t you will NEVER see wholesale pricing! Don’t blame us if you skip this step!

3. After you have placed all of your items in the shopping cart and proceeded to check out, you will specify in the "comments section" of the checkout form the name, address, and shipping method you would like us to use to ship the order to your customers or to yourself.

4. We in turn will process your order at our warehouse and either drop ship the order to your customers at $3.00 per box per address or shipped directly to you. If the order is shipped directly to you, there is NO drop ship fee.

5. We do charge shipping in addition to the drop shipping fee.

6. To check the status of your customer order you will logged back into the wholesale account (look up to the top right of the page) you will see a link named order history. You'll click that and see a page that will allow you to check the status of the order.

If the order status says "Cued" it means that we have not yet processed the order. If the status says "Processed" it means that your order is in progress and being moved through our system.

When the item has shipped the status will change to "Complete" and the system will automatically e-mail you that the order has been complete along with any tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers that will be included with your order. NOTE: If the order status has not changed to "Complete" within 6 (business) days, send us an email order inquiry. Be sure to include your order number in the email.

7. This constitutes the entire order process. 8. Shipping: Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of placement in MOST cases. Orders are shipped on a first come first server basis. Orders can take anywhere from 3 to 15 days to arrive (in some cases) depending on any number of factors, so make sure you tell your customers to allow for up to 15 days delivery. We get 95 percent of our orders shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, but it is always good to allow a "buffer" to avoid undue expectation from your customers. We are closed Saturday and Sunday, so when calculating the time of order placement and shipping, be sure to factor this in!

We do not hold back orders. If something is out of stock, we will refund your card and you will need to re-order whatever did not ship initially once the item/s are back in stock. All orders are shipped UPS Ground or Fedex Ground unless other arrangements are made/specified at checkout. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, insurance, handling charges and customs fees. Drop ship orders may be sent either UPS Ground, Fedex Ground or USPS Priority.

You will receive email confirmation once your orders have shipped.

IMPORTANT!! After you have placed your order, please do NOT bombard us with phone calls asking if the order has shipped! Email us FIRST (a few days after you place the order) and give us a chance to reply!

Also, when factoring in the time it takes to ship, remember to factor in that we are NOT open on weekends and or major holidays so those off days do not count. Business days ONLY!

Q: What types of payment options do you offer?
A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Q: I do not live in the USA, can I still order from you?
A: Yes you can! However, we will NOT accept credit card payments from our 1st time International clients. So please do NOT place an order using a credit card.

You will need to pay via Paypal. After we have done several transactions together and we let the juice roll, we will consider accepting a credit card from you for your purchases.

We reserve the right to decide which payment method we choose to honor at any given time.
